Miss Rundhaug will star as Marta von Trapp, one of the seven von Trapp children. The young actress' past productions include The Sound of Music at Westchester Broadway Theatre, Miracle on 34th Street at Seven Angels Theatre in Waterbury CT (not Waterbury NY) and Annie at the Warner Theatre in Torrington. I had the pleasure of seeing her performance in those last two credits.

On Wednesday, November 27, NBC aired The Making Of The Sound of Music Live. It was an excellent behind the scenes look at the nationwide casting call, rehearsals in action with the cast, and the 40-piece orchestra recording the soundtrack. In addition to the live on-air television performance, the young actors playing Liesl and Kurt performed "Sixteen Going on Seventeen" in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
