Fitness Resolutions VS. Goals

Hi Patch readers!

With the new year just around the corner, I'd like to address the number one New Years resolution - weight loss.

Every year, nearly everyone puts their fitness in the forefront. That's a great thing! However, by mid January most people give up on it. Why do you think that is?

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I've seen countless success stories. Those with the most weight loss success have been from people who are willing to set realistic goals - not extreme resolutions once per year. You see, for fitness to be effective - just like anything else in life - it's about consistency. It's about a lifestyle.

So, what's the problem? Most people find working out to be a chore. Many are misguided, without proper direction. Injuries arise from overtraining or improper form. Gyms don't provide any accountability.

There's good news! Fitness can actually be fun. You can lose weight, burn fat, and enjoy doing it. With proper guidance, goal setting, and accountability - you can finally achieve your dream body. That's what we do at Max's Best Bootcamp.

Are you ready for lasting weight loss results? Great! Here's my offer to you...

The first 20 Danbury Patch readers to email me get 1 Week FREE Bootcamp (1/2/14 - 1/9/14). All fitness levels welcome. Get ready for awesome results!

~ Max
