1st Ever SLAMBALL Contest on Ice!

Hi Danbury Patch readers!

Did you know that situps & crunches are the least effective way to strengthen your core? Additionally, they're SO boring! Not to mention, ask any chiropractor, they'll tell you how bad they are for your back. If you're looking for a great alternative - check out this move: Slamball :) Now, we don't normally perform this exercise on the ice (haha) but it's a fantastic way to strengthen your core, burn fat of your belly, and have fun doing it.

Would you ever try this exercise? How about on the ice? LOL! Seriously though, it does work. Also, it's a phenomenal way to let out all your stress from the day :)
