Tea-Poached Chicken
Ingredients:

  • Tea of your choice
  • Lemons
  • Onions
  • Thyme
  • Other herbs to your taste
Preparation:
Fill pan with water, lemons, onions, thyme and bags of tea of your choice. Bring to simmer. Remove tea bags once steeped. Add chicken or salmon until fully cooked.
