Let it Snow

The National Weather Service is calling for 2-4 inches today and another 3-5 inches tonight. Add it together and it sounds like 5-9 inches possible from today's storm.

Danbury Schools and Western Connecticut State University are both on early dismissal schedules.

UPDATE: 4:27 P.M.: Danbury Public Library will close today at 4:30 p.m.

UPDATE: 2:20 p.m. 
All Department of Motor Vehicles offices will close today at 2:45 p.m. due to the inclement weather. Please consult the DMV website at ct.gov/dmv for further updates regarding the opening times of offices tomorrow (Wednesday) following the storm.

UPDATE: 1 p.m. Danbury declares Level 1 Snow Emergency to kick off at 4 p.m. That means remove your cars from city streets to allow snow plowing.

UPDATE: 11:17 a.m. Norwalk Hospital's annual meeting has been postponed to Wednesday when the hospital will make an important announcement. Specifically, the hospital said the announcement will involve Norwalk Hospital and Danbury's Western Connecticut Health Network, which are merging.
