Join CJ Golden, author of TAO OF THE DEFIANT WOMAN and TAO GIRLS RULE, as she returns to Contacts & Compacts as this month's guest speaker.  CJ will guide us in our journey through life's transitions.  In this mini-workshop, CJ introduces the ancient philosophy of Taoism (which teaches acceptance) and shows how it works in hand with a defiant attitude - one that defies harmful stereotypes, negativity and self-defeating behaviors. 

Through interactive exercises and discusions you will discover your own inner Tao and Defiant Woman:  a woman who understands that it is posible to hold on to joy and vitality as you grow through the ages and stages of your life.

During this workshop, CJ will also introduce her exciting new Tao and Defiant Mentor Program for women in which she supports and endows women with the tools and training necessary to share this uplifting way of life with others.
