Annual Bird-Watching Hike at The Land Trust of Danbury

The hike will be led by Barbara Starr, former President of the Lillinonah Audubon Society and former member of The Land Trust Board of Directors. The hike is free and open to the public and helps showcase the value of Danbury’s natural areas. The hike normally lasts about two hours and participants are encouraged to bring binoculars, insect repellent and a bird identification book, if available. Participants will meet in the parking lot below the Tarrywile Mansion. Please note that there is not an alternate date in case of rain.
