At roughly the same time, Riefberg is selling Tee signs for the annual Hospice Golf Tournament, and for details of this effort, check this earlier story. It's good.
Riefberg, the founding partner of Riefberg, Smart, Donohue and NeJame P.C., here makes his personal plea for understanding and companionship. "On Monday, March 31 at 7:30 a.m., please join me at the Amber Room in Danbury for a “ONCE IN A LIFETIME” (seriously Meg, just this once!) HEAD SHAVING EVENT (it will grow back, right?!?)"
Riefberg's goal is to raise $56,000 for Regional Hospice. He turned 56 this year.
"How we do this together," he said. "I have my head shaved - thanks to Dawn and Heather from Dawn’s Pizzazz, while you enjoy breakfast, the friendship of others, lots of handouts and other “goodies” and the laughter of all this nonsense. But the reason we do all this is to raise needed money for an outstanding organization: Regional Hospice and Home Care of Western Connecticut."
This is the kickoff event for our 4th annual golf tournament to be held at the Ridgewood Country Club in Danbury on Monday August 25, 2014. This will be my last year as Chairman, so if you don’t commit right away, you KNOW I will be hounding (gently encouraging) you!"
