Ocean State Job Lot Grand Opening in Poughkeepsie, NY

Ocean State Job Lot, 3456 North Road/Rt. 9, Poughkeepsie, NY, (845) 485-3125, will hold a Grand Opening event on Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. Festivities throughout the morning include Santa Claus arriving on a fire truck to pass out candy and pose for photos from 9:00 am to 11:00 am; a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00 am with local dignitaries; and a special appearance and autograph session with members of the Hudson Valley Horrors ladies roller derby team. Ocean State Job Lot will also be giving away a variety of free food samples and a chance to win a $200 shopping spree. College students showing a valid ID can enter to win two chances for the shopping spree prize drawing.
