Western Connecticut Home Care Immunization Clinic

Travel and Healthy Living Immunizations available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:00 – 3:00 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. 

Available vaccines include:  Hepatitis A for adults and children; Hepatitis B; Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib); Human Papillomavirus (HPV); Meningitis; Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR); Pneumonia; Polio; Tetanus; Tdap (Tetanus with Pertussis/ Whooping Cough); Typhoid; Chicken Pox;  Yellow Fever; and Shingles.  In addition PPD Tuberculin testing is provided. 

Payment is expected at the time of the appointment in the forms of cash, check, MasterCard or VISA.  Aetna insurance is accepted with presentation of a valid insurance card.
