2nd Annual Bring Your Child to the Library Day! The Danbury Library will participate with a performance by children's musician Laura Doherty, a Parent's Choice Gold and Silver Music Award winner at 1:00 p.m. Children who attend will receive a free tote bag, while supplies last. Kids who don't have library cards can register for their free card.
Kids will also be able to register for the new "Love Your Library Reading Challenge" taking place during the month of February. For every book a child reads or has read to them, up to 5 books, they receive a chance to win a prize basket full of books and assorted gifts. The drawing will take place at noon on February 28.
