Responding to the local need for access to Flu Vaccine, the Greater Danbury Community Health Center, located at 57 North Street, Danbury, will offer a Flu Vaccine Clinic on Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 10:00AM to 1:00
PM in Suite 103 (First Floor).The cost of the vaccination administration is $10.The Flu Vaccine Clinic is open to everyone, and no appointment is necessary.
In addition, members of the Greater Danbury Community Health Center will be served at the Flu Clinic on the
Health Center’s sliding fee scale, which, depending on family income, provides services without charge.
Greater Danbury Community Health Center (GDCHC) is sponsored by Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc.
(CIFC). CIFC serves Danbury and the ten surrounding municipalities through a combination of health, education, housing and economic development programs. Current
services include the Greater Danbury Community Health Center, the Women and Infant Children Nutrition Program (WIC), Head Start, Early Head Start, School
Readiness, a teen-focused afterschool program, housing services for low income families, and services for Seniors.
Greater Danbury Community Health Center (GDCHC), provides comprehensive primary health care on a sliding fee basis, to people of all ages: children, adolescents, adults and seniors, especially those who are medically underserved, regardless of their ability to pay or their insurance status.
