Our key roles include: 2 Females between the ages of 25 and mid to late 30s. 1 Male between the ages of 25 and mid to late 30s. Also, we will need a male adolescent, approximate age 11. Please see the character descriptions below for the lead and supporting roles.

1: WOMAN (lead, mid 20s to early 30s) is a customer service specialist for a small locally owned financial institution. WOMAN recognizes the fact that her bank is a small fish in a vast ocean of giant financial predators, and she, along with the rest of her colleagues, are anxiously anticipating being taken over by a large national banking institution. WOMAN is the consummate professional; a Type A personality who endeavors to maintain a façade of professionalism and strength at all times. Deep on the inside though, WOMAN is crumbling from the weight of all the issues that she tries so hard to minimize. Her marriage to her husband is beginning to show signs of strain.

2: MAN (lead, mid 20s to early to mid 30s) is a graduate of the local university, where he received an academic scholarship and played for the university’s football team. He is employed as a pharmaceutical rep and spends much of his workday visiting various physicians offices in the area. MAN is witty, and articulate, as well as cordial, and extremely polite. Much like his wife, MAN is a Type A personality when it comes right down to it. He considers himself an ‘Alpha Male’.

3: WAITRESS (supporting, early to late 30s) is a seasoned professional and a single parent of an 11 year old boy. She’s been employed at a café for going on 7 years. She is athletic and studies martial arts. She is also furthering her education by taking college courses two nights a week. WAITRESS is a focused and resilient woman, a military widow whose husband was killed in the middle east. She's street smart, moral and fiercely committed to her son.

ALSO, extra roles will be cast on the same day. The only real requirement for our extras is that they are able to follow simple directions. Extra roles include: Two 11 year old boys, Martial Arts Instructor, 3 to 5 Martial Arts Students, 3 to 6 Bank personnel, Branch Manager of Bank, Maitre d, 4 to 6 restaurant patrons, Woman with baby(fake) in stroller, Various pedestrians, Various people driving cars, Nurse, Doctor, young baby, Child - toddler, 3 to 4 random park goers, 3 to 4 kids in park, 2 to 4 adults, 4 to 5 children at birthday table, child age 7, Young man age 15 or 16 with female prom date 15 or 16, Man - groom & Bride, a pastor, 8 year old grandchild, kids in park background, adults in park background.
