The General Federation of Women's Clubs of Connecticut is offering two memorial scholarships to qualified women who are pursuing courses of study at institutions of higher learning. The Women's Club of Danbury/New Fairfield would like to sponser a woman student who meets the qualifications for either award.
For the Phiipps Scholarship a candidate must have completed two or more years of undergraduate work at an accredited institution of higher learning with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and be matriculating for a Bachelor's or post graduate degree.
For the Scholezel Schloarship a candidate must have completed three or more years of undergraduate work at an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and be matriculating for a Bachelor's or post graduate degree in the field of education.
