Tails of Courage Dog and Puppy Adoptions

The Immigration Law Offices of Cynthia R. Exner, LLC is a proud sponsor of the charitable dog and puppy rescue organization known as Tails of Courage, www.tailsofcourage.org.

This little female ShihTzu mix is named Sophie and she just arrived at Tails of Courage kennels with her sister, Jasmine.  Both Sophie and Jasmine are about 6 months old and only weigh about 8 lbs.  Sophie was born in West Virginia and lived with a family.  But Sophie’s owners were elderly and fell on tough financial times.  Finances are difficult for everyone today and choices become very difficult when families must choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pets.  This family made the very hard decision to turn their pets into a local rescue facility.  The kind rescue workers called Tails of Courage to ask if TOC would take the sisters.  Of course TOC said yes!

Many people in West Virginia prefer larger dogs, so wee little ones like Sophie and Jasmine may not be valued there.  TOC knows that New Englanders love little dogs, so Sophie and Jasmine were welcomed to the TOC kennels with open arms.  Both siblings are confused, but everyone says that they are SUPER FRIENDLY.
