Union Savings Bank promotes three to assistant vice president, branch manager

[Danbury, Conn. January 23, 2014] – Union Savings Bank president and CEO Fran Dattalo is pleased to announce the promotions of the following employees to assistant vice president, branch manager; Sorangel Paulino, Richard Mark and Rina Patel.
 
“I am excited to announce these changes to our market area structure,” said Dattalo. “Each of these individuals has exemplified quality service standards in their past positions and I am confident they will have continued success in their new leadership roles.”

Paulino will be located at the North Street, Danbury office; Mark will be located at the Main Street, Danbury office; and Patel will be located at the Mill Plain Road office.  Responsibilities in their new positions will include  successfully managing all aspects of a full service branch including new business development activities, branch sales strategies, team building, customer service and community outreach.

Paulino began her career at Union Savings Bank in 2002, beginning as a senior customer service supervisor and most recently as assistant branch manager.  She was recognized by Bank leaders as top customer service representative in 2012.  Paulino resides in Danbury.

Mark joined the Bank in 2009 as assistant branch manager of the Bethel office and then moved to the Main office as branch operations manager in 2011.  He has been a participant in the United Way Day of Action for the past 3 years.  He currently resides in Bethel.

Patel’s career with the Bank began in 2003.  She has held the positions of senior customer service supervisor and then most recently as assistant branch manager, retail banking officer at the Mill Plain office.  A resident of Danbury, Patel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology in India and has completed a number of undergraduate courses at Western CT State University.  She is vice president of the Rogers Park Middle School PTO and an active volunteer for the Families Network of Western CT, Inc.
