In her new position, Cossette will be responsible for successfully managing all aspects of a full service branch including new business development activities, branch sales strategies, team building, customer service and community outreach.

She has developed many customer relationships and business contacts and is involved in a number of community activities, including the Litchfield/Morris Rotary, Treasurer for the CT Volunteer Services for the Blind and Handicapped and committee member for the Litchfield Holiday Stroll and Light Up. Cossette received her Associate’s degree from Naugatuck Valley Community College and continues her banking education through classes with the Center for Financial Training. She is also a 2012 graduate of the Northwest CT Chamber of Commerce Leadership program. She resides in Waterbury with her husband and two children.
