Well, you can reach them directly through Patch by posting a free help wanted announcement to the Patch boards. And once posted, your notice automatically appears on our homepage and into the daily newsletter. And it's all free.

To share your help wanted post on any Patch site:

• First, make sure you have signed up for an account (it's free) or signed in to your existing account. 
• Under "Boards" on the homepage, click on the big green button in the middle of the homepage that says "Post." 
• Start typing: Give details of your job opening, qualifications of desired candidates, and contact information.
• Select the board named "Business Updates."
• And then hit “Post Now."
