Summer School Renovations Nearly Complete
Work on the entrances, parking, drop off areas, sidewalks and some footings for school additions are well underway and heading toward completion next week. The additions will be completed in 2014, and school will start on Aug. 27.
Anthony Rizzo Jr., President of the Rizzo Corp., talks about closing in on the end of school renovations at Shelter Rock Elementary School and Stadley Rough Elementary Schools. He confidently expects both schools will be ready for the opening of school on Aug. 27. (He plans to hand them back to the School Board on Aug. 16, eight days early.)
Both schools are undergoing exterior renovations and later during the 2013-2014 school years both schools will have interior renovations and additions.
