Changing Your Mind to Change Your Body
How positive thinking plays a major role in your weightloss/fitness goals and goals in life in general.
The best advice I can give is to set goals for yourself for each day and long term that you whole heartedly want to accomplish because if your heart is not in it, your goal will either never be accomplished or you will accomplish it but not to the best of your ability. Also, make sure to look at everything, even times of failure with a positive attitude and a drive to know things can get better if you work at them. It is important to look and critique yourself realistically but don’t beat yourself up; turn things you “hate” about your body, into things which drive you to work harder and do that one extra rep on that body part; you can dislike things about your body, but not to the point which you mentally prevent yourself from improving them because you are dwelling on the fact that you hate it, rather than if you work on it, it will change. Don’t set limits to your possibilities and don’t give up when things get hard or sometimes seem impossible because you will find you are capable of things you never even imagined if you just keep an open mind.
