Ploughboy Nation 2 Free Concert Hits Danbury June 28th

Rock band of brothers The Mighty Ploughboys (TMP) will take Danbury by storm on Saturday, June 28 for the 2nd Annual "Ploughboy Nation," a free rock concert at the Ives Center. The Mighty Ploughboys are a five-piece local band from the Danbury/New Fairfield area and are celebrating their second self-titled CD release. Their sound blends a classic rock style with traditional Irish music.

The brotherhood of the “ties that bind” is apparent in the way they play together, support one another and treat each other like family. There are no egos here- just humble, exceptionally talented musicians.

The free concert will feature live music, a beer tent, food and desserts, provided by the Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians of Danbury.
