The legendary Peter Yarrow arrives at Voices Café for the final concert of our inaugural season on June 22nd at 8 p.m. (doors open at 7:30).
From his early days with Peter, Paul, and Mary Yarrow’s career spans 50 years and counting. His music and songs resonate with a history that he and his musical compatriots not only helped to write, but one that has changed and inspired millions to continue to keep on keepin’ on, hold firm to principle, and not be deterred in the face of adversity.
There aren’t enough words to describe this folk music legend. Yarrow’s life and work is based on his passionate belief that music -- with its power to build community and catalyze change -- can be a particularly powerful organizing tool.
