PANIC IN CONNECTICUT: ACCUSED WITCHES HAVE THEIR SAY

Virginia Wolf of Herstory Theater, LLC brings us
"Panic in Connecticut; Accused Witches Have Their Say"

This a forty minute one woman show tells the stories of five women accused of being witches here in Connecticut between the years of 1646 and 1693.

These painstakingly researched stories of Mary Staples, Lydia Gilbert, Judith Varlet, Mary Barnes, and Mercy Disborough are brought to life by actress Virginia Wolf who brings them to life fully costumed, fully incensed, fully frightened.

Travel back to the 17th century and hear what these five women accused of witchcraft have to say.

This event is free & open to the public with thanks to our 'Locally Grown' sponsor Savings Bank of Danbury!
