Goodwill Halloween Costume Contest

Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is inviting shoppers at its 15 stores to use their imagination to create one-of- kind Halloween costumes from the treasures they find at Goodwill. Those who do so and then enter Goodwill’s Halloween costume contest will get a chance to win a $500 VISA gift card for the most creative adult costume, a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 for the most creative child’s costume and a $100 PETCO gift card for the most creative pet costume.

Goodwill stores have the clothing and accessories needed to create a unique and personal costume at scary low prices. With items in every shape, size and color—and from various eras—one can rest assured that no one else will be wearing the exact same costume. For those who prefer a gently-used or new pre-made costume, Goodwill is selling those for very affordable prices as well. Customers can also find decorations to help them have the scariest and/or most creative home on the block.
