Archie found his way into the heart of a lovely woman who was feeding some strays around her house. She took him in and had him neutered and vaccinated. It was then that they found Archie was FIV positive. She refused to abandon him and so took him into her home. Unfortunately she now finds herself having too many cats to care for as she is an elderly woman. Now she's hoping some loving person will come forward and take this otherwise healthy young sweetheart into their home. Perhaps someone with another FIV + cat. As you can see, Archie is quite the looker! He loves to sit on the front door steps and sun himself or follow his caretaker around as she gardens. We would prefer Archie stay inside so he stays safe and also keeps other wandering cats outside safe. He is a real sweetheart who by no fault of his own got dealt a bad card. But with good food, good love and a safe home, Archie can live a long, happy life. Give us a call if you're interested in meeting Archie so we can set up a visit. He is not at the shelter, he is in foster care.
