Piano Teacher Faces New Sex Charges
Prosecutors say three more victims have said they were abused by Robert Catalano.
State prosecutors said three more young girls have claimed they were sexually abused by a piano teacher for fourth degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
The Danbury News-Times reported that new charges might be brought against Robert Catalano, 37, owner of the Candlewood Piano Music Studios.
A 7-year-old girl told her parents that the piano teacher touched her inappropriately during her lessons. A Danbury police official said Catalano has been teaching for two decades, so police believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
